The Hendersons

A few days ago I got to photograph my favorite little family in the whole world. Matt actually married me and Justin about a month ago! Our dad's have been best friends for a long time, and Matt and Justin got to know eachother through the fire department. These are the sweetest most caring, genuine people you will ever meet. On top of all this they have the most adorable little boy (Brock) that you'll ever see. Matt and Dayna...we love you and are honored to call you friends!

Cowboys for Kids

I just got done photographing one of the funniest things I have ever seen!!! The Child Advocacy Center holds a rodeo every year to raise money for their orginization. Before the PBR rodeo they have a stickhorse rodeo for children. If you have never witnessed a stickhorse rodeo I highly suggest you do in the near future! I'll explain how it works: Children sign up and are all issued a "horse", then they are free to compete in the typical rodeo events including...bronc riding, barrel racing, and of course calf roping. The amazing thing about being around children is it takes you to a different world, an innocent, simple, carefree world where all that matters is having fun. I had so much fun and can't wait to post my pictures from the festivities!

Alright I'm starting my 4th blog I believe but hopefully this one will stick. Just to catch you up, I graduated college last August, just got married this March, I work for a photographer, and stay pretty darn busy at home with photoshoots I do on the side. I want to keep everyone posted with my recent photos so this blog is how I plan to do it!!! Thanks for stopping by!
